• no part of my requested or commissioned work may be used for training of generative AI/large language models or "chatbots"
• any requested or commissioned work remains under my ownership and I am free to post it to my personal accounts unless the work is specifically negotiated to be for private use
• any "reposting" of requested or commissioned work must be attributed to myself unless it is specifically negotiated to be free use sans attribution
• any requested or commissioned work may not be textually edited to change the content for public use without specific negotiation. artistic/gif/"aesthetic" edits are permissable with attribution
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission inquiries that I do not feel I will be able to complete for any reason, including personal taste
• I reserve the right to terminate any commission agreement if I feel unable to continue work with the commissioning individual, with partial refunds available depending on percentage of work completed and reason for terminations
